Due to the owner moving abroad this popular hostel is now for sale! It’s a great location only a 5 minute walk to the center of town and can be taken over along with the existing business name, booking.com site, with great reviews, and established Facebook page.

The main accommodation is in a traditional teak wood house which has been converted into hostel accommodation. The house could easily be converted back into a family home if running a hostel was not desired.

On the ground floor you have the reception/check in area followed by a communal space.  Further back there is a large area which was used as a co-working space allowing digital nomads to get their work done without disturbing others. There is also an airconditioned room currently set up as a 4 bed dorm and another room set up as a 3 bed dorm.

A large bathroom block contains 3 shower rooms and 3 toilets and outside there is a small communal kitchen area for guests to use.

Upstairs in the teak house the floor has been tiled to provide better sound insulation and there are 3 rooms as well as a balcony, currently 2 rooms are set up as 4 bed dorms with fans and the 3rd as a 6 bed dorm with aircon.

In total there is capacity for 21 beds.

The land size is just over 1 ngan and the garden is nice and shady with a grassy area, seating and mature trees providing a relaxing space to unwind.

At the front of the land there is another house where the owners used to stay, this has a further 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
